Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a Corporate Site Security Officer in Sedalia, MO to protect facilities and employees. You will manage access control, monitor security systems, patrol premises, and respond to incidents as a first responder while coordinating with leadership on security matters.

The role requires a high school diploma or higher, security experience, and CPR/AED/First Aid training; physical fitness and driving a must. Competitive benefits and on-site duties apply.

Qualifications

• Some security / law enforcement / military related skills required.
• CPR / AED / First Aid Training.
• Effective oral and written communication, issue resolution, negotiation, motivation, collaborative, team player.

Responsibilities

• Directing visitors and controlling site access across entry posts.
• Monitoring CCTV, security, and fire suppression systems.
• Patrolling and securing areas inside and outside of facility.
• Documenting security and safety related incidents.
• Administering first aid and acting as a first responder to crises.
• Quickly respond on foot to locations throughout the facility.
• Assist with CTPAT compliance if applicable.
