Stanley Black & Decker in Sedalia, MO is seeking an on-site Human Resources Manager to lead HR initiatives, partner with site leadership, and drive employee engagement and organizational effectiveness. This role reports to the Director of Human Resources and manages two direct reports.

The successful candidate will bring 8+ years of HR experience in manufacturing, strong coaching and stakeholder management, and a track record of delivering strategic people solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or human resources required
• 8+ years of HR experience with business partnering focus
• Manufacturing/distribution center experience required
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Demonstrated change management and leadership capabilities

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sedalia Manufacturing Leadership Team to develop and execute HR priorities.
• Strategize organizational development, talent management, employee relations, and training.
• Report to the Director of Human Resources; lead strategic and tactical HR initiatives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and activator for talent management and organizational design.
• Plan and execute projects; manage change and drive process improvements.
• Lead HR data initiatives to standardize and automate processes; support leadership.
