The role covers patrols, access control, incident reporting, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and supporting marketing during events, with a focus on integrity, reliability, and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• District of Columbia security officer certification required.
• At least 1 year in a customer-service related field.
• Valid driver’s license with no major violations.
• Flexibility to work after hours and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Complete hourly patrol route of the property using the security system.
• Control access for guests, tenants and vendors.
• Ensure no property is damaged and enforce safety policies.
• Conduct routine foot patrols in and around the building.
• Assist with events and market-related activities as needed.
• Report safety concerns to management.
