Responsibilities

• Emergency Response: Respond to alarms and incidents, including emergencies, and report to authorities as needed.
• Incident Reporting: Document and report incidents clearly and in detail for investigation.
• Patrolling: Conduct foot or vehicle patrols to secure entrances, parking areas, and perimeters.
• Customer Service: Greet and assist visitors/employees with a professional demeanor.
• Safety Inspections: Check for hazards and risks that could affect safety.
• Conflict Resolution: Manage minor disturbances to maintain a calm environment.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with security staff and responders to enhance safety.
