Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of security, law enforcement, or military experience; familiarity with security systems/equipment.
• Must be able to obtain additional skills and training for physical security procedures.
• Effective written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent attention to detail, multi-tasking, and organizational skills including time management.
• Professional, calm, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment; strong teamwork.
• Ability to troubleshoot and seek process improvements; strong initiative.
• Microsoft Office experience and technical aptitude to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate telecommunications, alarm monitoring, camera systems, access control, and life safety systems.
• Serve as intermediary between emergencies and response personnel; relay information for appropriate action.
• Greet and provide exceptional customer service to Wellmark guests and workforce.
• Oversee surveillance and patrol designated areas to protect guests, staff, and assets.
• Assist with visitor management, including badge issuance and access requests.
• Support parking program administration and related inquiries.
• Assist with general administrative tasks related to security operations and facilities coordination.
