Job summary

Constellis seeks a Program Manager to administer a contract and oversee security and fire services on site at the Radford Army Ammunition Plant. The role requires leadership over all contract duties, personnel decisions, and on-site operations.

You will supervise staff, coordinate quality control and training plans, and serve as the client focal point, ensuring conformance to SOW and program requirements while planning and managing resources within budget.

Qualifications

• Must possess at minimum an undergraduate (4-year) degree or applicable experience.
• Documented managerial training related to fire/security.
• Experience managing contracts to provide security officer and fire fighting services at multiple locations with surge response.
• Must have a DoD Interim Secret security clearance.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.
• Five years' experience supervising contracts with more than 40 people.
• Specialized experience: project development and implementation from inspection to deployment; funds/resources management with complex reporting; multi-task subcontracts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure employees perform all contract duties, quality, timeliness, cost control, and compliance.
• Make decisions on behalf of the company, especially on personnel issues.
• Supervise all individuals working under this contract.
• Be available 24 hours to respond to emergencies.
• Conduct internal investigations of reported allegations.
• Ensure equipment and property are tracked and safeguarded.
• Oversee program quality control and training plans and ensure workforce compliance.
• Serve as client focal point for all program activities and quality conformance.
• Plan projects, meet objectives, develop contingencies, manage resources within budget.
• Work is in a busy office/training environment with interruptions.
• May be required to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting, squatting, bending.
