Job summary

Constellis is seeking a Program Manager to oversee and manage all security and Fire Services operations on site at the Radford Army Ammunition Plant. You will ensure contract compliance, supervise personnel, and coordinate with the client to meet quality and schedule requirements.

The role requires proven contract management experience, DOD Interim Secret clearance, and the ability to respond to emergencies 24/7. Office-based environment with occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or applicable experience.
• Documented managerial training related to fire/security.
• Experience managing contracts for security officer and fire services.
• Minimum of a DOD Interim Secret security clearance.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.
• Five years' experience supervising contracts with 40+ personnel.
• Experience developing and managing multi-task programs or subcontracts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure contract duties are performed with quality, timeliness, and cost control.
• Provide contract administration and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
• Oversee security and fire services operations on site.
• Make decisions on personnel issues and supervise all staff.
• Be available 24/7 for emergencies or exigent circumstances.
• Conduct investigations of reported allegations.
• Track and safeguard equipment and property.
• Implement and monitor training plans, ensuring workforce compliance.
