Job summary

Advanced Computer Learning Company, LLC is seeking a meticulous Civilian Payroll Specialist to manage and audit payroll operations for USARCENT civilian staff, ensuring compliance with federal and DoD guidelines. The role requires on-site work, a SECRET clearance (Top Secret preferred), and coordination with CPD and G-1/G-8 staff.

Key duties include processing biweekly payroll, validating time data, reviewing SF-50s, and reconciling records using DCPS, GFEBS, and ATAAPS.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of federal civilian payroll processing or DoD financial management experience.
• Experience with DCPS, GFEBS, ATAAPS or equivalent systems.
• Active DoD Secret clearance at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Oversee collection, review, and validation of biweekly time and attendance data for APF civilian personnel.
• Use DCPS and GFEBS to record labor time and account strings accurately on a daily basis.
• Review SF-50s, update payroll records, and manage deductions, benefits, and locality pay adjustments.
• Analyze payroll reports and audits to resolve discrepancies and finalize data for DFAS submission.
