• Active Secret clearance is required.
• 7+ years of experience supporting IT programs in an Agile environment, including serving as a Scrum Master.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals and deliverables.
• Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Coach and mentor teams on Agile best practices and continuous learning.
• Collaborate with product owners, development teams, and stakeholders on project goals.
• Monitor progress and report team performance metrics.
