Job summary

The Oryza Group, LLC is seeking a Contractor Special Security Representative for on-site duties at Shaw AFB, SC. The role supports USARCENT G2 intelligence missions, maintaining SCI access, records, and coordination with the Government SSO and company security teams.

The position requires an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, 1-year plus on contract expectations, Monday–Friday schedule, and strict adherence to security protocols and government guidelines.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in special security/SCI-related roles
• Working knowledge of SCI eligibility and SCIF procedures
• Experience with personnel-security and access-management systems
• Strong records-management, discretion, and regulatory compliance
• Formal SSO/CSSO training preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Validate SCI eligibility and manage access prerequisites for personnel
• Maintain SCI rosters, visit certifications, badge or entry-control documentation
• Process and track visit and access requests; ensure approvals
• Support SCIF access-control, safeguarding, inspection, and incident handling
• Advise cleared personnel on SCI handling, marking, storage, transmission, and destruction requirements
• Receive and route security incidents to authorized officials
• Prepare security briefings and recurring awareness training
• Coordinate with government and security teams to prevent gaps
• Protect classified information and maintain traceable records
