Job summary

TheraPeds LLC is seeking a part-time or full-time, on-site Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based position in Yelm, Washington. The role supports PreK–12 students and requires collaboration with district staff and families.

Guaranteed hours and a supportive TheraPeds team are highlighted in the posting. The ideal candidate holds a Master's or PhD in Speech-Language Pathology with necessary state licensing, DOE licensure where required, and ASHA CCC preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• State license as SLP and DOE licensure where required.
• ASHA CCC preferred; CF-SLP placement may be available.
• Experience working with children in a school setting preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; proficient with technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct therapy to PreK–12 students in a school setting.
• Conduct assessments and develop IEP goals and plans.
• Evaluate progress and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Engage with parents and school staff, maintaining clear communication.

Education
