Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a full-time school-based position in Belfair, WA. This is an in-person role with an early childhood caseload.

The SLP will evaluate, participate in IEPs and collaborate with a small, therapist-founded company that values mentorship and clinician support. Candidates should have a Master’s in SLP, WA licensure (or willingness to obtain), ESA and ASHA CCCs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Washington state SLP license (or willingness to obtain) is required.
• Washington ESA (Educational Staff Associate) Certificate is required.
• ASHA CCCs are required.

Responsibilities

• In-person, school-based role with early childhood caseload.
• Full-time 1.0 FTE, Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours/week.
• Determine to evaluate, evaluation results meetings and IEPs happen before and after student day.
• Developmental Preschool, Itinerant services, Child Find Evaluations and possibly Transition to Kindergarten support pending caseload numbers.
