Job summary

Ampersand Therapy in Port Orchard, WA is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists for in-person, school-based roles for the 2026–2027 school year. Positions available full-time and part-time with start ASAP and end date June 17, 2027. Compensation up to $75/hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Active WA SLP license required.
• ESA Certificate required.
• OSPI fingerprint clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy services.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Complete required documentation and progress reporting.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, special education teams, and other service providers.
• Participate in IEP meetings and support students’ communication goals.
• Deliver services in accordance with district, state, and professional guidelines.
