Job summary

Shivers Buildings in Jackson, MS is seeking a hands-on Salesperson to help customers choose storage buildings, tiny homes, play sets, or golf carts. This on-site role offers strong earning potential with base salary plus commission and a schedule that provides real time off, Monday–Friday with some Saturday hours.

You will greet customers, explain product options, prepare quotes, coordinate delivery, and maintain showroom displays while building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers on the lot and in the showroom, learning their needs and recommending the right products
• Explain product features and options, prepare quotes, and process sales orders
• Coordinate with operations for delivery or installation
• Maintain product displays and follow up with prospective and existing customers
• Track leads and sales activity using basic digital tools or CRM systems
• Support promotional events and uphold our standards of service and integrity
