Job summary

Redzone Training Center, based in Houston, TX, is seeking a Sales and Marketing Specialist for a full-time, on-site role. You will identify and qualify leads, conduct in-person and phone outreach, present services, and maintain CRM records.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Proven Sales and Sales Management abilities to generate leads, close deals, and meet or exceed targets.
• Experience in Training or working with training programs, with the ability to clearly explain offerings and benefits.
• Ability to work on-site in Houston, TX and engage in face-to-face client interactions.
• Basic proficiency with CRM tools, email, and office productivity software.

Responsibilities
