Overview

We are hiring an on-site Sales & Events Manager at Halidom Eatery on Moreland Avenue in Atlanta, GA - near the East Atlanta Village neighborhood.

The Sales & Events Manager will lead all private event and corporate bookings at Halidom Eatery, our premium multi-concept food hall. The manager is responsible for the full event lifecycle from booking to execution, serving as a key revenue driver with a focus on building partnerships and expanding our events program.

The ideal candidate has experience creating BEOs (Banquet Event Orders), familiarity with platforms like TripleSeat, Eventbrite, and CRM tools, and a strong operational understanding of on-site event execution.

Halidom Eatery hosts 10 diverse food vendors and features Bar La Rose, serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. The atmosphere is elevated casual, contemporary, and energetic. Our private event space, The Jungle Room, is perfect for parties, meetings, and intimate gatherings.

Compensation

Base salary: $55,000/year + 6% commission on bookings

Schedule

This is a full-time salaried role working M-F 9AM-6PM on-site, with occasional weekend availability for special events.

Responsibilities

• Developing new business and expanding existing accounts through contacts, cold calling, and prospecting
• Collaborating with management and staff at Halidom Eatery
• Leading tours of the event space and presenting to decision-makers
• Handling reporting and administrative tasks as assigned
• Following management directions, adhering to attendance policies, and observing safety procedures

Qualifications

• Experience creating BEOs; familiarity with TripleSeat, Eventbrite, CRM tools
• Strong operational understanding of event execution
• Cold-call sales experience is a plus
• Computer skills: internet, social media, MS Office
• Legal authorization to work in the US
• Diploma or GED
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
