Job summary

Gibraltar is seeking a Customer Service & Sales Support Representative at our Idaho Falls location to serve homeowners, contractors, and roofing professionals. You will deliver accurate estimates, process orders, and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process in a fast-paced office.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries via in-person, phone, email, and text, preparing estimates and invoices, and coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer service, sales support, administrative support, or inside sales experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service through in-person, phone, email, and text communications.
• Assist walk-in customers with product inquiries, estimates, order placement, and account support.
• Manage inbound and outbound customer communications regarding orders, estimates, product information, and project follow-up.
• Prepare and process estimates, sales orders, and invoices with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Partner with homeowners, contractors, roofing professionals, vendors, and internal teams to coordinate project requirements and sales activities.
• Utilize QuickBooks and company systems for estimating, order entry, invoicing, and customer record management.
• Maintain organized documentation and effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment.
• Participate in ongoing training and continuously build knowledge of company products, systems, and operational processes.
