Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Orients and informs clients, prospective clients, and visitors of program expectations, policy and procedures.
• Secures and monitors program activities, premises and personnel by patrolling property and monitoring surveillance equipment.
• Investigate security breaches, incidents, and other alarming behaviors.
• Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
• Respond to behavioral crises, medical emergencies, or acute incidents within scope of practice.
