Job summary

A leading piping solutions manufacturer in Kingman, Arizona, is seeking a Safety Coordinator to oversee safety operations at its production facility. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with safety regulations and lead safety initiatives while promoting a safety-first culture. Applicants should have at least 3 years of safety experience and strong communication skills. Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a safety-related role in industrial environments.
• Experience improving safety programs and processes.
• Ability to travel up to two weeks per month for safety audits and training.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site safety leader for all safety-related matters.
• Conduct regular facility walkthroughs to identify and mitigate hazards.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and other safety regulations.
• Implement and improve key safety programs.
• Lead incident investigations, including root cause analysis.
• Support environmental and industrial hygiene monitoring.
• Assist with emergency preparedness and response plans.
