Qualifications

• 4+ years of construction safety experience with or without a related degree

Responsibilities

• Drive the Clark safety culture on a project
• Oversee safety of employees, trade partners, and the public
• Enforce safety programs and federal/state/local standards
• Mentor safety staff and develop their skills
• Identify exposures and recommend corrective action
• Develop and implement project safety programs
• Collaborate with field supervision on hazard mitigation
• Create site safety education for subcontractors
• Lead safety reviews including OSHA
• Deliver safety topics beyond the site scope
• Support corporate safety initiatives and policies
• Build relationships with industry professionals to win work
• Recruit and retain safety talent for Clark
