Qualifications

• Technical: MS Suite, SharePoint, Outlook, Workforce Management Systems.
• Certifications: OSHA30 Certification (Must Obtain, company will provide access to class).
• Nice to Have: Bachelor’s degree (Safety) and Supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the on-site safety program to prevent injuries and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Audit and monitor safety practices, conduct incident investigations, and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop, implement, and update site-specific safety programs based on operations and hazards.
• Deliver new hire safety training and coach associates on safe work practices.
• Communicate safety information clearly to diverse stakeholders and act as site leadership representative.
