Terros Health is seeking a Safety Specialist to safeguard patients, visitors and staff at our Recovery Centers. You will monitor site risk, de-escalate incidents and support health and safety programs with a focus on compassionate care.

Based in Phoenix with 100% in-office work, you’ll collaborate with site leadership and respond to safety emergencies, train staff, and help maintain a welcoming, secure environment for all who seek care at Terros Health.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare safety preferred.
• Ability to de-escalate situations using crisis intervention techniques.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains presence at the site to support safety for patients, visitors, and staff.
• De-escalates situations using advanced crisis intervention techniques.
• Reviews safety programs and ensures staff awareness of Health & Safety procedures.
