Job summary

TDIndustries is seeking a Project Safety Coordinator to perform on-site safety inspections, deliver site-specific safety orientations, and investigate incidents to prevent recurrence. This role requires knowledge of OSHA standards and strong communication and analytical skills.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree in a related field and preferred CHST/OHST credentials, with 2–5 years of experience. Proficiency with computers and testing equipment is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree preferred in Occupational Health and Safety, Business Administration or related field.
• CHST or OHST certification preferred.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred, but all levels welcome.
• Proficiency with computers and testing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Performs site inspections and safety observations, reviews safety documents daily.
• Maintains safety supplies, equipment, and Safety Data Sheets for each site.
• Conducts site-specific safety orientations and trains Partners on procedures.
• Conducts incident investigations and coordinates with regulators and workers' comp processes.
• Plans for upcoming scope of work with site leaders and leads weekly safety meetings.
