Bensonwood Homes is seeking a Safety Coordinator to lead health and safety programs across Walpole, NH, Keene facilities, and job sites in the region. The role partners with the Employee Success department, production directors, and the Safety Committee to ensure best-in-class safety performance.

The SC will develop, implement, and administer all safety functions, ensure regulatory compliance, report on safety programs, and maintain safety records.

Qualifications

• Experience in training others.
• Knowledgeable in industry-specific methods, procedures, and practices.
• Ergonomics certification or equivalent training.
• Rope rescue knowledge or certification.

Responsabilités

• Develop appropriate safety protocols aligned with OSHA guidelines and regulations.
• Ensure OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 compliance and maintain records.
• Coordinate DOT Medical Cards for required associates.
• Develop and implement site-specific safety plans and hazard analyses.
• Perform field observations and safety audits on job sites.
• Conduct incident investigations and maintain safety documentation.
