The role requires strong safety mindset, accountability, and effective communication with field teams, facilities, and project management. 1st shift; full-time, ASAP start; $50-$56/hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial field supervision or site coordination.
• CMC (Construction Management Certification) or equivalent is preferred but not required.
• Strong logistics planning and coordination skills.
• Deep understanding of OSHA regulations and maintaining high-safety environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; assertive with contractors and teams.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and occasional weekend overtime.

Responsibilities

• Daily check-in and orientation of contractors; confirm scope and approvals.
• Review, authorize, and sign internal work permits; final walk-through after shift.
• Regular site rounds to monitor progress, safety, and compliance.
• Coordinate logistics with project management and facilities teams.
• Maintain OSHA-focused safety leadership and stop-work authority.
• Act as liaison between field activities, facilities, and leadership.
• Escalate deviations, delays, or conflicts to management.
