Job summary

Reporting to the Project Safety Manager, you will work with site leadership and cross-functional teams to support day-to-day site activities and safety documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of administrative support experience.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Flexible, detail-oriented team player with ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain department records and files.
• Monitor, edit and update project safety documents and meetings.
• Communicate progress to the Project Safety Manager and stakeholders.
• Coordinate trainings to meet Safety Department standards.
• Ensure adherence to project-specific safety protocols and OSHA logs.
