Job summary

Highland Commercial Roofing in Baldwin Park, California is seeking an experienced Service Sales & Operations Manager to lead and grow our service department. This on-site, customer-facing role blends field roofing expertise with sales discipline and people leadership to drive end-to-end service performance.

You will own the service business from inspection to contract execution and crew scheduling, champion RoofCare maintenance programs, and expand recurring revenue while building long-term

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in commercial roofing services, repair, or related field.
• Proven leadership of teams and field crews.
• Hands-on roofing knowledge for inspections and scope.
• Proven ability to generate proposals and close service/repair work.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM and business software for contracts and scheduling.
• Valid California driver’s license; on-site Baldwin Park work.
• Ability to work on-site full-time in the field and office.

Responsibilities

• Grow the service department and increase repair/maintenance volume.
• Enrol customers in scheduled maintenance programs and convert repairs to maintenance plans.
• Maintain long-term customer relationships with proactive communication.
• Perform roof inspections, develop repair/maintenance proposals, and schedule 3–4 repair crews.
• Manage contracts, service requests, and scheduling through the CRM.
• Lead, coach, and develop the service team and onboard new members.
