PTFS in Rockville, MD is seeking an entry-level Scanner Operator Level I for the 2nd shift (3:00 PM–11:30 PM, Monday–Friday). This on-site role supports our Digitization Division by turning documents into digital files while meeting tight client deadlines.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and a willingness to learn, with attention to detail, ability to lift up to 30 lbs, and comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment. Comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Education – High school diploma (minimum) or related experience.
• Knowledge of Windows and Windows-based applications.
• English language proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Perform scanning and imaging tasks according to project specs.
• Quality assurance of scanned images for quality and accuracy.
• Indexing and metadata capture per project requirements.
• Handle physical materials and return them in original condition.
