Job summary

Telecare Corporation is seeking a part-time on-site Nursing Supervisor to lead the nursing department on their designated shift in California. You will supervise a multidisciplinary team, plan and evaluate clinical activities, and ensure high-quality care for clients across ages and populations.

Requirements include two years of psychiatric direct care nursing experience, at least two years in a supervisory role, and California RN licensure with CPR/CPI/First Aid certifications.

Qualifications

• Two years of psychiatric direct care nursing experience.
• At least two years of supervisory experience.
• RN licensure in California and graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• CPR, CPI, and First Aid certifications required on date of employment or within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Implements and supervises the overall direct nursing care on the designated shift.
• Provides program planning, development, and evaluation of clinical and administrative activities.
• Directs, coordinates, and oversees nursing and health care services for clients across age ranges and populations.
• Supervises an assigned multidisciplinary team and assigns direct reports based on client needs.
