Job summary

Telecare Corporation is seeking a Recovery Specialist Supervisor in California to lead a team delivering inpatient behavioral health care. You will supervise, coach, and coordinate direct care on a 12-hour AM/NOC shift schedule.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in behavioral sciences with two years inpatient experience, or high school diploma with one year as Lead Recovery Specialist II and three years inpatient experience; AA can substitute credits for one year.
• Meets requirements for WA State Agency Affiliated Counselor credential.
• Must be CPR, CPI, and First Aid certified by start date or within 60 days and maintain certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision, coaching and discipline for an assigned team of Recovery Specialists.
• Coordinate and participate in all elements of direct care on the assigned shift.
• Oversee shift scheduling and coverage for 12-hour AM/NOC rotations.
