The role requires Wisconsin RN licensure and active BLS; BSN preferred or enrollment in BSN within 15 months if not yet completed. Oncology CE or certification is encouraged and organizational growth is supported.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required; BSN preferred or progress toward BSN within 5 years for certain hires.
• Oncology: complete 10 hours oncology-focused CE education per year or obtain oncology nursing certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for an identified inpatient patient group.
• Provide competent care to an adult population.
• Adhere to standards of nursing practice and institutional policies.
