Century Care Management in Morehead City, NC is seeking a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and support an interdisciplinary team to uphold quality of life for residents.

The role requires a valid North Carolina nursing license, compassionate care, and strong clinical judgment.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility, long-term care, rehabilitation, or assisted living is preferred, but not required.

Mansioni

• Provide direct nursing care to residents per individualized plans and physician orders.
• Administer medications and treatments per MAR/TAR procedures and facility policy.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate concerns to the care team.
• Supervise CNAs and other nursing staff as permitted by scope of practice.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and transitions of care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care and ensure resident safety.
