LifeCare Medical Center in Roseau, MN is seeking an RN to provide clinical leadership across neighborhoods, guiding nursing assessments, planning and coordinating resident care. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in skilled nursing preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• Knowledge of federal & state regulations governing clinical care, nursing practice, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership to clinical staff from all households on areas of clinical accountability.
• Guides the implementation of clinical policies and procedures to ensure safe, sanitary, and efficient practices.
• Maintains staffing patterns and ensures fiscal viability within the household.
• Fosters collaboration and negotiation to address problem solving in the household.
• Maintains professional relationships with physicians, other departments, and external providers.
• Demonstrates dementia-sensitive care and person-centered approaches.
