Job summary

Responsibilities

• Review AR and follow up on unpaid accounts (Artiva and projects)
• Review accounts in databases for accuracy
• Resubmit claims if necessary
• Forward adjustments/corrections to BSO: write offs, adjustments, refunds
• Assist attorneys, adjustors, and patients with billing questions
• Keep AR pools in Artiva current
• Complete daily AR log
• Communicate with BSO staff as needed
• Other duties as assigned
