Job summary

Ivory Property Restoration is seeking an experienced Water Mitigation Technician to work onsite in Houston, TX. You will lead restoration crews, coordinate with customers and insurers, and ensure safety and accuracy on every job.

The role requires 1+ year in restoration, IICRC WRT certification, and willingness to travel for storm response; compensation includes hourly pay and benefits with paid training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of restoration industry experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks in varied environments.
• Valid IICRC WRT certification required.
• Willingness to travel out of state for storm response and on-call work.
• Willingness to undergo drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site working technician on residential and commercial restoration projects.
• Perform water extraction and fire mitigation services.
• Set up staging areas and prepare rooms for restoration activities.
• Meet safety and quality standards and document time and materials.
• Communicate with customers, subcontractors, and insurers professionally.
• Maintain warehouse organization and assist with equipment and supplies.
• Participate in after-hours on-call service rotations.
