Rainbow Restoration of The Woodlands, Huntsville, Conroe is seeking an experienced Restoration Technician to join our on-site team. You will respond to water, fire, smoke, and mold jobs, begin mitigation to IICRC standards, operate and monitor drying equipment, and document work for customers.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of restoration experience, uses Next Gear Dash and MICA/Mitigate software, can photograph the job, hold a valid driver's license, and pass a background check.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of verifiable restoration experience.
• Experience with Next Gear (Dash) software.
• Experience with MICA / Mitigate software.
• Experience with photo documentation.
• IICRC certification is a plus.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Able to lift and move up to 100 lbs and be on your feet.
• Solid communication with customers and teammates.
