On-site Restoration Coordinator

Job summary

Lancesoft in Detroit, MI is seeking a Restoration Coordinator for a six-month contract with possible extension. You will identify restoration needs caused by underground gas line replacement work and coordinate on-site data capture.

Working 40 hours per week, 8:00 to 4:30, Monday through Friday, you will upload restoration records to an iPad, liaise with customers and restoration vendors, and report to a DTE Gas Operations Supervisor. Mileage is reimbursed and transportation is required.

Qualifications

• Must be on feet 90% of the day due to walking.
• Must have own transportation; mileage paid per policy.
• Basic experience using an iPad and basic Internet navigation.
• Experience with MS Office (Email, Excel, Word).
• Good communication with customers, contractors, field crews, etc.
• Liaison between inspectors (city, county, MDOT).
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify restoration requirements from construction crews.
• Record and upload restoration data on iPad on-site.
• Coordinate between customers and restoration vendors/process.
• Report to the DTE Gas Operations Supervisor.
• Work 40 hours per week, 8:00–4:30, Mon–Fri.
• Overtime may be required.
