Job summary

Michels Utility Services, Inc. is seeking a Restoration Foreman to lead and manage restoration crews on in-town natural gas projects. You will coordinate restoration activities with municipalities and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specification.

The role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced field environment, with a focus on quality, safety, and timely project delivery. Must be willing to travel locally and adapt to varying field conditions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in restoration, concrete, or utility construction.
• Experience leading a 3-5 person restoration crew.
• Strong knowledge of flatwork restoration, including concrete sidewalks, ADA ramps, concrete streets, curb & gutter, and asphalt streets.
• Ability to operate construction equipment and tools associated with restoration work.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, coordinate with city officials, and meet project deadlines.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Willingness to travel locally and respond to emergency, environmental, or structural repair projects as needed.
