Responsibilities

• Sequence trades and maintain a 180-day schedule from kickoff to closing.
• Control costs against an approved budget and uphold site standards.
• Maintain homeowner relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage multiple homes simultaneously and drive on-site decisions.
• Resolve field issues in the driveway, not in the office.
• Ensure trades are aligned with the schedule and quality expectations.
