Newrez LLC is seeking an REO Specialist to manage documentation for investor services, coordinating with Realtors, vendors, asset companies, and attorneys to facilitate title clearance, closings, and approvals. Position Summary The REO Specialist is responsible for preparing and reviewing documentation related to investor services products while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. This role coordinates with internal teams, Realtors, vendors, asset companies, and attorneys to facilitate title clearance, closing, and approval processes. The REO Specialist monitors workflow efficiency, vendor performance, and timelines to ensure successful and compliant closings.
Working on‑site at assigned office location. Regular and punctual attendance adhering to schedule established by leadership. Sedentary work in a stationary position at a cubicle for prolonged periods of time. Constantly repetitive motions required for operating a computer, such as typing and managing phone calls. Constantly communicating effectively verbally in English, including accurately exchanging information with others following identification of correct procedures. Light lifting: 20–25 lbs. Light carrying: 10–25 lbs.
