Job summary

DEPCOM Power, a Koch Engineered Solutions company, is seeking an on-site Project Manager for the Southwest portfolio to lead utility-scale Solar PV, Battery Energy Storage, and Repowering projects from pre-construction through commissioning.

This role requires strong leadership, economic thinking, and the ability to manage scope, schedule, cost, and stakeholder relationships across multiple sites, with Holtville, CA as initial location and travel as described.

Qualifications

• Experience managing EPC, industrial, infrastructure, utility scale renewable energy, or large capital projects valued in the hundreds of millions of dollars.
• Experience managing project scope, schedule, cost, forecasting, risk mitigation, contracts, or customer commitments.
• Experience leading project teams, subcontractors, vendors, or cross-functional stakeholders.
• Valid US driver's license.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to deliver safe, reliable, and profitable outcomes across scope, schedule, cost, quality, compliance, and customer expectations.
• Develop and execute project plans, forecasts, risk mitigation strategies, and phase-gate deliverables from pre-construction through commissioning and closeout.
• Apply economic thinking to evaluate cost, risk, schedule, and value tradeoffs while making timely decisions that improve project outcomes.
• Build and develop high-performing teams by setting clear expectations, coaching for contribution, and aligning strengths to project and business needs.
• Coordinate customers, subcontractors, vendors, utilities, consultants, and internal partners to support transparent communication and disciplined execution.
• Strengthen customer and stakeholder relationships by resolving challenges, honoring commitments, and creating mutual long-term value.
