Job summary

EDF power solutions North America seeks Renewable Energy Technicians to perform maintenance and repair on utility-scale assets such as wind, solar and battery storage. Roles span Tech 1–3 with increasing autonomy and leadership, located at Willow Springs and Cuyama solar sites in California.

Training is provided with onsite and travel arrangements; candidates must meet safety and basic technical requirements. Opportunities include 24/7 on-call rotation and path to advanced responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to follow instructions.
• Safety-focused with knowledge of electrical safety, arc flash standards and NEC.

Responsibilities

• Field work on renewable energy assets including wind, PV and BESS.
• Follow safety protocols, perform maintenance and repairs.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation for Tech 2-5.
• Maintain logs, work orders and inventory documentation.
