Job summary

495 Movers Inc. is seeking an On-site Estimator in Rockville, MD. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with a salary range of $40-90k per year and a paid 6-week training program. You will handle move estimates over the phone and support the sales team with timely quotes and customer data entry.

Initial training is followed by a compensation package based on base salary plus commissions. Evening and weekend availability is required to meet scheduling needs and performance targets.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of work experience in sales or tele sales for the moving Industry.
• Strong communication, enthusiastic and helpful customer service drive.
• Willing to work some evenings and weekends.
• Good work ethic and desire to close deals.

Responsibilities

• Answer callers seeking to book a move or inquire about services.
• Prepare accurate moving estimates and quotes over the phone.
• Enter and collect customer information accurately in the system.
• Refer leads to outside sales for on-site estimates.
• Maintain relationships to create future business opportunities.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and monthly performance goals.
• Communicate customer expectations to operations clearly.
• Follow up on estimates and manage data in the system.
• Be available to work some evenings and weekends.
