Wealth Enhancement Group is seeking a Relationship Support Associate in Portland, OR. The role supports Relationship Managers with operational, compliance, technology, and practice management services, ensuring high-touch service to independent RIAs and clients.

The position emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail, and strong communication, with daily responsibilities across account servicing, custodial operations, and reporting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 1–3 years in client service, relationship management, operations, or financial services.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Account Administration & Custodial Operations: service accounts, custodial processing, and maintain accuracy.
• Advisor & Client Service Manager Support: respond to service requests and prepare reports for Relationship Managers.
• Billing & Financial Administration: support billing activities and ongoing maintenance.
• Reporting & Data Management Support: maintain account records and ensure data accuracy.
