Wealth Enhancement in Fort Washington, PA, is seeking a Client Service Associate to be the primary contact for clients and to provide comprehensive administrative support to financial advisors. This on-site role focuses on reception, onboarding, CRM management, and client service activities essential to delivering an exceptional client experience.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office, Salesforce, and Workday.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant discipline.
• Customer service training, knowledge, or experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Support Org functionality.
• Experience with Workday preferred.
• Ability to learn WEG's processes and procedures.

Aufgaben

• Greet clients and ensure the office is clean and welcoming.
• Schedule meetings with product vendors and sponsors.
• Manage and distribute mail and coordinate overnight deliveries.
• Order office materials; coordinate printer maintenance with vendors/Technology.
• Ensure accurate completion of prospect and new client paperwork and setup.
• Follow up on funds transfers from surrendering companies.
• Maintain the CRM database and client files, including filing and data input.
• Research and follow up on issues with Broker/Dealer, WEG Operations and vendors.
• Record incoming assets to the appropriate tracking tool.
• Engage with clients to understand their personal history and current financial needs.
• Prepare account transactions, trades, deposits, withdrawals, and RMDs.
• Communicate to understand client requests, resolve issues or escalate to advisors.
• Collaborate with clients' tax or legal counsel as needed.
• Gather client data and prepare materials for meetings and reviews.
• Conduct tax research for IRS Forms 1099; follow-up actions after reviews.
• Demonstrate knowledge of WEG's guidelines, processes and sales model.
• Attend client services and company events; may attend vendor presentations.
• Assist advisor team operations to streamline processes.
• Complete operational projects to support enhancements and changes.
• Communicate process and sales updates to the team.
• Mentor and train Client Service Associates.
• Manage vendors to SLAs.
