Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent demonstrated by work experience, training, or education.
• 1–3 years of experience in client service, relationship management, operations, or financial services.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional client and advisor service.
• AI literacy: ability to use AI tools, craft prompts, and evaluate AI outputs.

Responsabilités

• Account servicing, custodial processing, and operational accuracy.
• Set up new accounts and maintain account information in portfolio systems.
• Assist with account maintenance and operational requests; support trading-related activities.
• Ensure service requests follow procedures; research and resolve issues.
• Provide advisor-facing support; obtain and prepare reports for Relationship Managers.
• Billing support and maintaining financial accuracy; assist with billing activities.
