Global Recruiters of Mid-Cities (GRN) seeks a Service Relationship Manager to drive client outcomes for two partners, focusing on AUM growth through proactive client service. This on-site role is based in Parsippany, NJ.

You will manage ~20 client contacts daily, onboard new clients, and resolve needs quickly while building lasting relationships. Licenses Series 7 and 63 are required, with 2–3+ years in retail investment client service.

• Licenses Series 7 and Series 63 required.
• 2–3+ years of experience with retail investment clients.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Outgoing, motivated and highly engaged personality.
• Comfortable proactively reaching out to clients daily.

Mansioni

• Proactively contact and speak with approximately 20 current clients each day.
• Build, strengthen, and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and support AUM growth.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for client needs and questions.
• Take ownership of client requests and work to resolve them efficiently.
• Assist with service responsibilities, including new client onboarding.
• Work closely with the partners and broader team to deliver high level of client service.
