Job summary

Global Recruiters of Mid-Cities (GRN) seeks a Service Relationship Manager to drive client outcomes for two partners, focusing on AUM growth through proactive client service. This on-site role is based in Parsippany, NJ.

You will manage ~20 client contacts daily, onboard new clients, and resolve needs quickly while building lasting relationships. Licenses Series 7 and 63 are required, with 2–3+ years in retail investment client service.

Qualifications

Service Relationship Manager — On-Site Monday–Friday

Location: Parsippany, NJ

Compensation: $70,000–$90,000 base to start

Our client, a broker-dealer in Parsippany, NJ, is seeking a Service Relationship Manager to join their team and play a key role in helping two partners grow their Assets Under Management (AUM).

This is a highly relationship-driven role for someone who enjoys working directly with retail investment clients, building strong connections, and taking ownership of client needs.

What You’ll Do

• Proactively contact and speak with approximately 20 current clients each day
• Build, strengthen, and maintain long-term client relationships
• Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and support AUM growth

Compensation & Growth

• $70,000–$90,000 starting compensation
• Significant opportunity for increased compensation based on the value you bring
• High performers can reasonably expect to be around $100,000 within a year or less
