Central Maine Healthcare is seeking a Full-Time Urology Advanced Practice Provider to join a team of 3 urologists and 2 APPs in Lewiston, ME, with occasional shifts in Rumford. The role focuses on outpatient assessment, diagnosis, and management of urologic conditions, with opportunities for 1st Assist in the OR and some in-patient rounding.

The position offers competitive compensation, malpractice tail coverage, employer-contributed retirement, PTO, CME allowance, and potential relocation

Qualifikationen

• Board certification by ANCC/AANPCB/NCCPA is required.
• Current state license as an NP or PA.
• BLS certification at hire.
• DEA license required.
• Experience in urology, surgery, oncology, or primary care preferred.
• Experience with electronic health records.

Aufgaben

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and management in outpatient setting.
• Diagnose and manage common urological conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests; communicate results.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and prescriptions as per regulations.
• Perform office-based procedures as permitted by credentialing.
• Coordinate referrals and continuity of care.
