Steno Records Retrieval Coordinator (In-Person) in Los Angeles, CA is seeking an organized, detail-oriented professional to manage the physical workflow of medical record requests on-site. You will assemble packets, track shipments, and ensure HIPAA compliance while coordinating with Finance on pre-payments.

Qualifications

• Organizational, detail-oriented, and able to manage physical workflow end-to-end.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and data security standards.
• Able to work independently in an on-site environment in Los Angeles.

Responsibilities

• Own the physical workflow: prepare, assemble, package, and ship medical record request packets with accuracy.
• Track and log all outgoing shipments and incoming mail/records.
• Coordinate with Finance for provider pre-payments and ensure packets are complete and timely.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and secure handling of sensitive documents.
